How long does delivery take?

Our packages have an average delivery time of:

Processing time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Sat)
Delivery time: 3-8 business days (Mon-Sat)

This is because we are a company that cares about the world and nature, and therefore we don't want to ship orders every single day. We collect packages in large quantities, and when we reach our minimum order amount, everything is shipped at once. We hope you understand and contribute to a better and healthier world.

What is your return policy?

You may want to return an order, perhaps because you don't like the product or for any other reason. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days after receiving it without stating any reason.

After cancellation, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The full order amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded to you. The only cost you will bear is the return shipping from your home to the warehouse. This cost depends on the product and packaging. You can find exact prices on your carrier's website. If you wish to exercise this right, please contact us at info@spherasaw.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after we receive notice of your return, provided the product is in good condition.

If the product is damaged or if the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct the depreciation from your refund. Handle the product carefully and ensure it is well packaged when you return it.

Can I cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or reject an order or part of an order at our sole discretion at any time after receiving the order, even after the customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been approved. If the credit card has already been approved for the purchase and the order is cancelled, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

If you cancel after the order has been placed, a fee of $15 USD will be charged, regardless of when the order was placed (even if it was just a second later), because the merchant/credit card company charges us a cancellation fee.

Please note that an order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Contact us within 7 days after receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing, or defective goods. Please provide your order number, photos of the items, and any references when contacting us about your package. We will do our best to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

How secure is my online order?

When you place an online order with your credit card, all your information is entered on an SSL-encrypted website. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction are approved and authorized. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How much are shipping costs?

As a special service, we currently offer free standard shipping to our customers within the United States.

Where is my package?

When the package is ready, it will be handed over to our shipping company and you will receive a notification to track your shipment.

For logistical reasons and to optimize delivery time, the order may be shipped in multiple partial deliveries.

Why is my package tracking not working?

In some cases, it may take one to two business days for the carrier to update the package location. In these cases, we ask for your understanding and patience.

Do you want to exchange an item?

No problem! Please contact us at info@spherasaw.com. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Wrong delivery address?

If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible via email. We will try to change the order for you.
